What we collect
Only what is needed to give you the experience: your account details, the reflections and journal entries you choose to save, and the preferences you set inside the app.
How it is used
Your information is used to make the app work for you — to respond thoughtfully, remember what you have chosen to share, and improve your experience over time. It is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.
Your control
You can review, edit, delete, or turn off remembered information at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your personal reflections from our active systems.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest and follow least-privilege access practices. We are continuing to strengthen our security posture as we approach public launch.
